For weekday events or off-season dates, a few days' notice is usually plenty. Pricing depends on the unit, how many days you need it, and your location. Most standard bounce house rentals in the Greater Cleveland area start around $150 per day, with larger combo units and water slides ranging higher. Yes. We require a 10% deposit at the time of booking to lock in your date and equipment, with the remaining 90% due before or on the day of your event. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 14 or more days in advance for any reason, or up to 1 day in advance for weather concerns. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Yes. Day 1 is full price, and each additional day is just 15% of the day rate, so a 3-day rental costs only 30% more than a single day. This makes multi-day inflatable rentals perfect for weekend-long events, church festivals, school field days, and corporate gatherings across Northeast Ohio.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online payment through our website. For corporate clients, schools, and non-profits in the Cleveland area, we can invoice with net-15 terms. Just ask.

We deliver across Greater Cleveland and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. Our home base is Parma, OH, and we regularly serve Cleveland, Lakewood, Strongsville, Brunswick, North Olmsted, Westlake, Brook Park, North Royalton, Seven Hills, Broadview Heights, and the wider Cuyahoga County area. For events further out, give us a call and we will quote travel based on your specific location.

Delivery pricing is simple. At checkout you will see one of three options based on your cart. Free delivery if your cart includes any inflatable like a bounce house, water slide, or combo unit. Free self-pickup from our Parma, OH location for carts without an inflatable. Or a $75 flat delivery fee if you would rather have us deliver a non-inflatable order. It is one delivery fee per order, never per item, so a bounce house plus three concession machines is still free delivery.

We typically deliver between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of your event, and pick up between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We confirm your specific delivery and pickup window 24 to 48 hours before the event. Need an early-morning setup, an overnight rental, or an after-dark pickup? Let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, gym floors, banquet halls, and even rooftops with venue approval. For non-grass surfaces, we anchor with sandbags instead of stakes. Indoor venues need at least 14 feet of ceiling clearance for most bounce houses, and more for water slides, plus a doorway wide enough for the unit. We confirm dimensions during booking.

Most events do not need one. Our blowers run on a standard 110V outlet, and we provide extension cords up to 100 feet from the setup area. If your venue is a public park, festival ground, or somewhere without nearby outlets, you will need a generator. We can rent you one or recommend a local supplier.

Yes. Every Lavish unit is commercial-grade, ASTM-compliant, and inspected before every rental. We sanitize and clean each inflatable thoroughly between bookings. Our setup process includes a full safety inspection, professional anchoring with stakes for grass or sandbags for hard surfaces, and a walk-through with you on safe operation and emergency shut-off.

Standard inflatable safety rules: no shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside; group children by age and size and separate small kids from older ones; no flips, rough play, or climbing on walls; limit riders by unit since we tell you the max for your specific inflatable; always have a sober adult supervisor present; and shut off the blower if winds exceed 20 mph or if anyone gets hurt. We provide printed rules and an emergency contact card with every rental.

Ohio weather is unpredictable and we get it. If the forecast shows thunderstorms, sustained winds over 20 mph, or temperatures below 40°F, you can cancel as late as 1 day before your event for a full refund or free reschedule. For private residential events like backyard birthday parties and family reunions, no insurance is required from you, since we carry full commercial liability coverage. For events in Ohio public parks or commercial venues such as Cleveland Metroparks, schools, and churches, the venue often requires a Certificate of Insurance from us. We provide it free of charge with at least 7 days' notice.

Our Greater Cleveland fleet includes bounce houses from toddler castles to large family-size units, water slides in single, double, and wet/dry convertible styles, combo units that pair a bounce house with a slide, obstacle courses for school field days and corporate events, themed inflatables like princess, sports, superhero, and jungle, plus add-ons including generators, tables, chairs, and concession machines. Yes. We regularly serve schools, church festivals, corporate picnics, fundraisers, grand openings, and city events across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. We can deliver multiple inflatables at once, provide insurance documentation, and coordinate with your event planner. For events of 200 or more guests or multiple-unit setups, give us a call so we can plan logistics together.

If you would like to extend your rental on the day of your event, just call us and we will do our best to accommodate based on the next day's schedule.
